What documents are required for business account setup?
  1. Select the currency you want to deposit and choose your preferred payment method (e.g. International transfer, or SEPA).
  2. Follow the instructions provided to complete the deposit process.
How long does business verification take?
  1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
  2. Click ‘’Receive’’ button
  3. You will see a QR code and the deposit address
  4. After confirming the deposit request, the transfer will be processed.
Can I have multiple users managing my business account?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select EURO
  3. Enter the recipient’s email address, user ID or phone number
  4. Click ‘’Transfer’’ to complete the transaction.
What are the supported currencies for business transactions?

To order your physical debit card:

  1. Select “Physical card” tab
  2. Choose if you want Standard or Premium debit card
  3. Click on “Order Physical Card”

 

To order your virtual debit card:

  1. Select “Virtual card” tab
  2. Confirm the Terms of use
  3. Click on “Order Virtual Card”
