2.  Click ‘’Receive’’ button
3.  You will see a QR code and the deposit address
4.  After confirming the deposit request, the transfer will be processed.

1.  Log in to your account
2.  Select EURO
3.  Enter the recipient’s email address, user ID or phone number
4.  Enter the amount you want to send
5.  Click ‘’Transfer’’ to complete the transaction.

2.  Choose if you want Standard or Premium debit card
3.  Click on “Order Physical Card”

To order your virtual debit card:

1.  Select “Virtuial card” tab
2.  Confirm the Terms of use
3.  Click on “Order Virtual Card”

2.  Click on ‘’Trade’’ button
3.  Choose your desired action (e.g. “Buy”, “Sell”, “Exchange”) and follow the prompts to complete the process.

2.  Click on ‘’Exchange’’ button
3.  Enter the amount of currency you want to exchange
4.  Review and confirm the details of the exchange
5.  Wait for the exchange to be processed and completed

2.  Click ‘’Send’’ button
3.  Enter the amount and the recipient’s address
4.  Review and confirm the details of the withdrawal
5.  Wait for the withdrawal to be processed and completed

1. Select “Settings” from the navigation bar
2.  Select the “Products” tab
3.  Click on any of the listed services to see the fee values
